2. Use of Content

All content on this site — including text, images, and video — is provided for personal, non-commercial use related to discipleship and ministry engagement. Content may not be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.

3. Bookings & Events

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a scheduled event. We will contact you directly to confirm dates and availability.

4. Donations

Donations made through this site support the mission and operations of RU F.I.T. Motivational Ministries. Donations are processed via Stripe and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Tax-deductibility: RU F.I.T. Motivational Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations made through this site are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed under U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is available on request. An official donation receipt reflecting your gift and our 501(c)(3) status is provided for your tax records. No goods or services of more than de minimis value are provided in exchange for your contribution.

Refunds: Because donations are voluntary contributions, we do not issue refunds for completed gifts. If a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us within 14 days and we will review the request. Approved corrections, where required by law or at our discretion, will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Admin Accounts

Administrative access to manage site content is restricted to authorized personnel of RU F.I.T. Motivational Ministries. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
